100 specialist architectural, design, creative, musical, engineering, technical and IT resources from the Hong Kong, Australian and Singapore offices of Laservision, a developer of large scale multimedia shows and architectural illuminations, took three years to develop and refine this visual treat for the eyes.
The adjustable platforms at the Event Plaza will allow the audience to enjoy the three massive water screens that will be illuminated by high definition video projection and optically pumped full colour laser systems. Custom-designed media towers will bathe and envelope the audience in a true 3-dimensional fantasy including surround sound, special effects and dynamic lighting.
The technology used for the show is made up of many green initiatives. Energy efficient lighting technologies of over 250,000 intelligent Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) which has a longer lifespan are used contributing less to landfill waste and emissions. The show relies on a range of cutting edge and sophisticated mediums instead of an arsenal of pyrotechnics to provide the wow factor. On special occasions, zero fallout pyrotechnic technologies will be used to minimise the environmental impact whilst still maintaining the wow effect.
