1 May 2012, Hong Kong – More than 40,000 frequent travelers who are members of airport lounge access membership programme Priority Pass have voted The Travelers’ Lounge in Hong Kong International Airport as the Priority Pass Lounge of the Year Asia Pacific Award 2012.  The Travelers’ Lounge is located at the East Hall of Hong Kong International Airport and was voted for its flagship design, full amenities and secluded VIP area.  Shower, Wi-Fi, Massage and spa services are also offered by the lounge.

The Priority Pass Lounge of the Year Awards was established in 2005 to recognise service excellence amongst the lounges in the programme.   Priority Pass celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and has millions of members worldwide providing them with airport lounge access, regardless of their class of travel, airline flown or existing airline loyalty programme level at more than 600 airport lounges in over 300 cities in more than 100 countries.

  2. North America – Alaska Airlines Board Room, Seattle
  3. Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) – American Airlines Admirals Club, Rio
  4. Africa/Middle East – Menzies Aviation Shongololo Lounge, Johannesburg
  • Best Staff:  The Yorkshire Premier Lounge, Leeds Bradford
  • Best Refreshments: Dilmun Lounge, Bahrain
  • Best Business Facilities: No 1 Gatwick, North Terminal, London
