27 November 2012, Singapore – nydc cafe and restaurant celebrates their 17th anniversary this year. For those who grew up with this fun and trendy food establishment, one signature item, which is synonymous with NYDC, is their Ice Cream Mudpie. Since opening their doors in 1995 in Singapore, there is one mudpie that has survived all menu changes and is still available today – the Irish Cream mudpie! We take this opportunity to pay tribute to some of the mudpies on their menu including a few new ones that were introduced on their 17th birthday. Starting at S$11.80 per mudpie, it is an worthy indulgence that you cannot resist having almost everyday.
Jedi Mudster
Double Chocolate Chip and Macadamia Nut ice cream on an Oreo base with homemade cookie chunks. Complete with chocolate fudge and whipped cream.
Grandma Goes Nuts, Seriously
Nutty Nougat and Macadamia Nut ice cream on an Oreo base, sandwiched with loads of peanuts, almonds and marshmallows.
Cookie Monster
Double Chocolate Chip and Mocha Almond Fudge ice cream with cookie chunks, nestled on an Oreo cookie base with chocolate fudge and whipped cream.
Irish Cream
French Vanilla and Double Chocolate Chip ice cream with Baileys on an Oreo base, topped with chocolate fudge and whipped cream. This is the oldest mudpie and was introduced in 1995 when NYDC first opened.

Two layers of Chocolate ice cream with marshmallow, caramel swirls, fudge, crunchy dark chocolate balls and brownie.
3-some (new)
Three layers of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream, Strawberry ice cream and Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream, with cookie crumbs and graham crackers.
