Executive Chef William Soh from Changi Village Hotel Saltwater Cafe has over three decades of culinary skills and leadership in the Singapore culinary scene.  He started off as an assistant cook at Temenggong Airport Catering in 1980, Chef William is now a celebrity Chef and author of recipe cookbook Taste of Nostalgia.  Chef William’s signature dishes include Singapore Laksa, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Cod Fish Hor Fun, Mee Siam, Roti Prata, BBQ Sirlion Steak, Lamb and meats.

I had the honour of trying his white carrot cake and that melts in your mouth as you bite into the crispy outer layer of fried egg.  Not on the menu but it has to be one of the bests fried carrot cake I’ve ever tasted.
