Chinese New Year Dining: Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant

18 January 2012, Singapore – Welcome the year of the water snake with the festive creations at any of the three Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurants this reunion dinner.

The Prosperity Salmon Yusheng features healthy Emerald Green Pea Strips resembling the shape of the snake.

The Scarlet Fortune Pen Cai is served on a stove so you can enjoy a bubbling potful of auspicious and mouthwatering ingredients and dusted with gold flakes.

Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant Chinese New Year set menus are available from now till 24 February 2013, starting from S$688 for 5 to 6 people and S$888 for 10 people. For set menus of S$688 or more, receive a complimentary bottle of wine during the feast. Also receive a can of New Moon New Zealand Abalone by spending a minimum of S$888 with UOB Cards.

Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant will also be having a 20% discount on a la carte and set menus on first three days of Chinese New Year (10-12 February 2013) for UOB Card holders.
