23 January 2013, Singapore – Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore (APBS) ushers in the year of the snake with a string of activities  for its brands Tiger Beer, Guinness and ABC Stout

Fund Raising for the Kreta Ayer Foundation

Running the Meal and Grocery Programme since 2007, APBS has organised the Cookies for Charity programme selling almond cookies packed by the elderly folks from Kreta Ayer-Kim Seng Community.  They are available for sale at the Chinatown Pavilion at Banda Street till 9 February 2013 between 11am to 11pm at S$10.  Personalities Irene Ang and Rosslyn Lee will be making a special guest appearance on 26 January 2013 to sell the almond cookies while APBS will be organising its annual charity dinner for the senior citizens in the constituency on 28 January 2013 where APBS staff will serve as hosts to the elderly community.

Tiger Beer Chinese New Year 2013 Bottles

Tiger is “Ushering in Prosperity Together for the New Year” with a series of promotions and roadshows. Coffee shops and dining outlets islandwide are offering a total of S$999,999 worth of prizes including “ang pows”, playing cards and auspicious trinkets.  Limited edition 330ml Chinese New Year pint bottle are also redeemable by submitting the Tiger Beer crown liners bearing the shape of a bottle.

Tiger Beer roadshows have started since 9 January 2013 at coffee shops and hawker centres island wide and will run for a month.  Look out for the “Grab the Cash” contests.


Stock up the beer in your home for guests during the festive season with Tiger Beer’s 24-can pack that comes with Tiger Beer Prosperity collectibles by RISIS (Jin, Yin and Cai) at major supermarkets, available till 9 February 2013.  The last of the collectibles “Bao” will only be available at roadshows from 26 January 2013 to 8 February 2013.
