Choose from 38 varieties of delicious and innovative cocktail concoctions, including their signatures – the French Martini, Lychee Martini and Cosmopolitan. Muddled or shaken, the cocktails feature fresh, natural or seasonal produce from the Hotel’s organic garden. Examples include freshly plucked mint leaves and lime juice used in their Mojitos and Cosmopolitans, respectively.
Pair your drinks with a mouthwatering Bar snack menu, which include Mini Wagyu Burgers made with Australian grain-fed Wagyu beef , traditional Portuguese dish Salted Cod Fish Fritters, Bruschetta and Parma Ham Pizza. The menu also features herbs such as rosemary, basil and thyme from their organic garden.
With both indoor and alfresco dining, The Bar has a cosy and comfortable club-like atmosphere with its deep sofas and leather armchairs. The outdoor terrace is surrounded by tropical gardens, cooled by overhead fans, featuring a tranquil view of tree-lined Orchard Boulevard.
