Christmas Alert: Winter Dream at VivoCity

3 December 2011, Singapore – VivoCity commemorated its fifth anniversary on 1 December with a spectacular fireworks display specially choreographed by Nick Spiteri of Italy. To celebrate this festive season, a diverse line-up of activities and shopping privileges have been arranged. The towering iconic Christmas Tree brightening up the nightscape at the Sky Park is “growing” a foot every year and is now 105 feet tall. Not to be missed is the Christmas musical, Winter Dream which will be performed at VivoCity’s Amphitheatre from 2 – 11 December 2011.

Winter Dream

An enchanting Christmas story featuring spectacular song and dance as well as amazing cirque-inspired acts. Winter Dream is a 30-minute heart-warming musical about a young boy’s fascinating journey into the mythical land of ice and snow, in search of the true spirit of Christmas.

Get a pair of tickets to the show when you spend a minimum of $100 from 21 November to 11 December. OCBC Credit/Debit Cardmembers only need to charge $80 to qualify.

The Elephant Parade

A herd of 25 life-sized beautifully hand-painted elephant sculptures designed by international and local celebrities and artists are on display within VivoCity. VivoCity is the Grand Patron of the on-going Elephant Parade exhibition in Singapore which will last till 6 January 2012.

Logos Hope to Berth in VivoCity!

Logos Hope, the ship with the world largest floating book fair, will berth at VivoCity from 16 to 30 December, marking her historic first visit to Singapore. With her international crew and cargo of over half a million books, Logos Hope is celebrating Christmas in Singapore with a unique cultural performance on 17 and 18 December at VivoCity’s Amphitheatre showcasing how various nationalities celebrate Christmas in their home countries.
