Any driver can access on-demand roadside assistance service powered by Allianz Partners in real-time, by simply clicking on the Roadside Help ‘SOS’ button in the Waze app. And you don’t have to be an Allianz Global Assistance or Allianz motor insurance customer to use this service. You will be charged for the recovery service required for the vehicle.
Travellers who are on a self-drive vacation would no longer have to worry about who to call for help when their vehicle breaks down. By clicking on the ‘SOS’ button, help will be on the way in no time. That’s peace of mind. The road assistance service is not free. Towing and roadside assistance start from S$123.00 in Singapore.
