Scoot and Tigerair were subsumed under Budget Aviation Holdings Pte Ltd (BAH) earlier this year after Tigerair delisted from the Singapore Stock Exchange. BAH announced yesterday that it intends to integrate the brand of both low cost carriers under Scoot and operate under one licence in second half of 2017.

Subject to commercial, operational and regulatory considerations, the integration is expected to be realised between mid to end 2017. At that time, customers can book flights from a common website, contact centre and also check in at common counters at the airport.
