SilkAir flight MI599 departed Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 2 today at 10am and is scheduled to arrive in Kalibo in the Philippines later today at 1.45pm. The return flight will depart Kalibo at 3pm via Cebu and arrive in Singapore at around 8.10pm. Frisbees and inaugural flight certificates were given out to customers on board the inaugural flight today by SilkAir’s Chief Executive Officer Leslie Thng and the flight commander.

Flights to Kalibo will be operated three times a week on a two-class cabin Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft departing Singapore on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The regional airline flies to two other destinations in the Philippines including Cebu and Davao.
