Scoot will take over the four-times-weekly Hangzhou flights from sister company Silkair from 25 October 2015. Silkair flight MI918 made its maiden flight from Singapore to Hangzhou last year on 27 June 2014.
Scoot will operate the route on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is to better optimise the utilisation of SIA Group’s resources and present a better match of capacity to demand.
If you have made advance bookings to fly the Singapore – Hangzhou route on SilkAir, you can opt for a refund or be re-accommodated either on Scoot’s new services or on Singapore Airlines’ flights to Shanghai.
TZ108 departs Singapore at 5.10pm and arrives in Hangzhou at 9.45pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The return flight from Hangzhou, TZ107, departs Hangzhou at 11pm and arrives in Singapore at 3.55am. A fifth service between the two cities on Saturday will commence in December 2015.
