The budget carrier’s last Boeing 777-200 aircraft retired in style with a pyjama party on its final flight on the Singapore-Taipei-Tokyo route.

The first Dreamliner was deployed in February this year and transitioned into an all-787 fleet in just seven months. It has named their latest Dreamliner ‘Lickity-Split” to reflect the carrier’s record speed in deploying the Dreamliners.

Scoot recently painted its fifth Dreamliner aircraft bearing the SG50 themed livery. Read about that here.

The Dreamliner fleet features inflight Wi-Fi internet connectivity, streaming entertainment and in-seat power throughout the aircraft. There are three cabins on board including ScootBiz, Scoot In Silence and Economy seats.

Scoot has a firm order of twenty 787s, split equally between 335 seat 787-8s and 375 seat 787-9s.
