Singapore will get its first Oakwood branded property by end of 2016. The Oakwood Studios Singapore is the first property developed under the new Oakwood Studios tier which adds a new dimension to urban city stays, offering urbane travellers with a millennial mindset a casual and unpretentious space to work, live and thrive. It will be located off Orchard Road in the Neighbourhood of Malls and Mount Elizabeth Hospital.

This new product category is part of Oakwood’s expansion across Asia Pacific and will be located in key cities known for a vibrant culture.

Oakwood Studios Singapore will offer 98 fully furbished stylish apartments that are fitted with premium furnishings. There are three types of apartments including Studio, One and Two bedroom apartments. Enjoy a home like environment with functional spaces, a fully equipped kitchen complete with kitchenware and cutlery.

Other facilities include a residents’ lounge, rooftop gym, barbecue pits and Swimming pool.
