New Mövenpick Hotel, Mövenpick Living and a Handwritten Collection branded hotel to open in Singapore

Accor has partnered with Fragrance Group Limited and Global Premium Hotels Limited, owned by Koh Wee Meng, to develop two new-build properties featuring three hotel brands, set to open by 2027. Mövenpick Singapore will be the largest Mövenpick hotel in Asia Pacific, while Mövenpick Living will make its debut in Singapore. Additionally, a Handwritten Collection hotel will be located on Waterloo Street.

Mövenpick Singapore, with approximately 808 rooms, will be situated near the central business district on Hoe Chiang Road. The same building will include Mövenpick Living Singapore, offering around 37 units designed for business and leisure travelers on extended stays.

By late 2025, a Handwritten Collection hotel will open on Waterloo Street, an area known for its vibrant arts and cultural scene in Singapore’s civic center. This curated 502-room hotel will offer distinctive character and style. It will be the second Handwritten Collection property in Singapore, joining the Hotel Faber Park Singapore, which opened in late 2023.

Accor has a longstanding strategic partnership with Fragrance Group Limited and Global Premium Hotels Limited, operating 17 hotels in Singapore, 5 in Australia, and 3 in the United Kingdom, under brands such as MGallery, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure, Handwritten Collection, ibis Styles, and ibis budget brands.
