Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) is searching for 25 new hotel inspectors to join its worldwide team of ‘secret’ agents as part of its 25th anniversary.
Submit your details via www.slh.com/mi before 31 August 2015 for the chance to be selected. Mystery Inspectors are tasked with the mission of upholding SLH’s high standards of luxurious excellence across its worldwide portfolio. Mystery Inspectors get to check out a portfolio of over 520 independently owned luxury boutique hotels in 80 countries around the globe.
SLH Mystery Inspectors are professionals, made up of loyal SLH guests who travel frequently and incorporate their undercover assignments into their travel plans. It is the only hotel inspection programme of its kind that uses real guests.
The group believes that a real luxury hotel experience cannot be determined by a clinical tick list and requires assimilation into its clientele. Guests have different tastes and requirements and SLH does not offer cookie cutter hotels.
The Mystery Inspectors feed into an overall Quality Assurance programme that is integral to the SLH brand. Hotels are continuously monitored so that they uphold the highest standards of quality, service and experience. SLH hotels are inspected as part of the criteria to join the brand and once every 12 to 18 months thereafter.
SLH hotels in Singapore include Naumi and The Scarlet.
