Dining concepts at Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre
Six distinct dining experiences have been unveiled. Located on level two is the all day dining restaurant Chara Brasserie that offers authentic Mediterranean buffets alongside Asian and Pacific favourites. Klara Café and Bar at the hotel lobby offers a fusion of international and local delights coupled with cocktails and drinks.
There will be five food and drink concepts on the street level. Michelin Guide-listed restaurant in Naples, L’antica Pizzeria da Michele, was featured in the ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ movie and has been serving up one of the world’s finest pizzas since 1870. Singapore’s first pizza a ruota di-carro, a unique Neapolitan-style wagon wheel pizza crafted with a time-honoured recipe and prime produce from Italy, will be served at Da Michelle’s first Southeast Asia outpost.
At the 130-seater La Table d’Emma, French Chef Michael Muller serves a blend of Alsace traditions and classic French cuisine in ‘La table d’amis’, or ‘the friends’ table’ fashion. The restaurant is named after Chef Michael Muller’s wife, Emma, and is a celebration of love, an homage to Chef Michael’s wife and daughters.
TAG Espresso, Upward Taproom and Ashino Restaurant will be opening soon.
