As part of the Multi-Ministry Taskforce announcement yesterday, all guest offerings at the two integrated resorts in Singapore will be closed till 4 May 2020. Resorts World Sentosa will close from 6 April 2020 while Marina Bay Sands will close from 7 April 2020.
Resorts World Sentosa
At Resorts World Sentosa, Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A Aquarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark and Dolphin Island, as well as the casino, will be closed. Selected restaurants and food and beverage outlets will remain open for takeaway and deliveries to support the necessary daily living of residents. These include Malaysian Food Street, Pizzeria, Osia Steak and Seafood Grill and Feng Shui Inn.
Guests who have purchased tickets to the attractions or made reservations at restaurants or hotel bookings will get full support and assistance from RWS. Email enquiries@rwsentosa.com for queries.
Jobs at RWS are not affected and they continue to be employed during this period.
Marina Bay Sands
Marina Bay Sands has announced on its Facebook page that it will be suspending all Integrated Resort services and operations from 7 April till 4 May 2020. These include the Hotel, all attractions including ArtScience Museum, The Shoppes, food and beverage outlets, and the Casino.
Guests who have booked a hotel stay or reservations for room nights from 7 April to 4 May 2020 will be cancelled. Alternative accommodation will be provided to guests who have already checked in and who were due to stay beyond the closure period.
