Malaysia Airlines has fitted its first Airbus A330-300 aircraft with new Thompson Aero Vantage Business Class seats in a fully revamped cabin. Business Class passengers on board MH141 bound for Sydney on 23 March 2016 will be the first to try the new seats.
All its A330 aircraft will be refurbished with 27 all new Business Class seats and 263 Economy Class seats in stages by September this year. The new Business Class seats are available on Malaysia Airlines’ A330 flights between Kuala Lumpur and Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, China and India from March 2016 onwards.
This is an improvement from the current Business Class seats which are angle lie flat seats in a 2-2-2 configuration.
