The largest LEGOLAND Water Park spanning 10 acres will open in Johor 21 October 2013 to make it in time for the school holidays. The Water Park is an extension of LEGOLAND Malaysia’s Theme Park which opened 15 September last year.
Featuring more than 20 slides and over 70 LEGO models, two restaurants, private cabanas for rent and a retail store, LEGOLAND Water Park is ideal for families with children two to twelve years old.
To date, the water park is 70% completed. Visitors can look forward to the Build-A-Raft River where soft LEGO Bricks are used to customise your own raft before floating down a lazy river.
The Joker Soaker is an interactive wade pool that lets children play with water cannons as a LEGO jester model ‘tells’ jokes and 350 gallons of water pour down upon them.
The Water Park can be enjoyed on its own or together with the Theme Park. Day pass pricing will be announced at a later date and you have the option to purchase Day Ticket to the Theme Park, Water Park or both.
A Premium Annual Pass priced at RM395 for both adults or children will be offered for entry into both the Theme Park and Water Park throughout the year. Existing Theme Park annual pass holders can upgrade to the Premium Annual Pass. More details will be available on LEGOLAND Malaysia’s website at a later date.
The Theme Park and Water Park will operate from 10am to 6pm daily with longer opening hours during weekends, public and school holidays.
LEGOLAND Hotel is slated to open early next year. The building has already been built and all 249 rooms will be LEGO themed – Pirate, Kindom or Adventure.
