Korean Air ups the ante in customer service with pregnant passengers in mind. From 1 October 2013, Korean Air will provide complimentary inflight amenity kits to pregnant passengers travelling to international destinations from Korea. The airline hopes this amenity kit and its contents would lessen pregnant passengers’ fatigue of air travel.

- Korean brand “The Organic” blackberry foot cream
- The Organic skin care cream
- Sleeping socks made of organic cotton
- Tea for relieving morning sickness
- Bag accessory for pregnant women – helps passengers notify their pregnancy when they are in the early stage.
