Japan Rail Cafe & Japan Airlines have collaborated to offer a selection of in-flight meals at the Wallich Street-café. This is available for lunch or dinner from 2 to 31 January 2021. Since we are not able to fly or travel for now, Aviation enthusiasts will also be able to purchase exclusive JAL merchandise. Get a chance to participate in a lucky draw and qualify for attractive airfare discounts.
Only 600 meals prepared by SATS, Japan Airlines inflight caterer in Singapore, will be available. Served on JAL trays with two appetisers, a main and dessert, the menu selection includes a Salmon Miso Yaki at S$25 and Chicken Takiawase Tamago at S$23. It is as if you are dining in-flight!
Both menus come with Zaru Udon (chilled udon noodles with wasabi and soba dipping sauce), Kobachi (side dish of spinach, corn and shimeji mushrooms in a savoury broth) and JAL Signature Earl Grey Chiffon Cake.
You also get a beverage. Enjoy a hot drip or cold brew coffee or hot or iced citrus green tea by Japan Rail Café. Additional non-alcoholic drinks are available at a S$2 discount.
With every in-flight meal ordered, you get a chance to enter the grand lucky draw. Two winners will win one JR East pass each. Enjoy attractive airfare discounts of up to 28% for travel until 31 March 2022.
