As General Manager of the 223-room hotel in the heart of Tanjong Pagar, Jacqueline will continue to develop and strengthen the hotel’s successful positioning in the Singapore luxury hospitality market. She aspires to place Sofitel Singapore City Centre in the international spotlight and empower her team members to achieve their full potential by grooming and motivating them towards operational excellence.

As a high-achieving woman leader in a largely male-dominated role, Jacqueline wishes to pay it forward in inspiring and empowering the next generation of female hoteliers. Similar to how her mentors have motivated her to break glass ceilings, Jacqueline hopes to groom future local female leaders to achieve career success in the hospitality industry.

Wouter De Graaf was the previous General Manager at Sofitel Singapore City Centre since the hotel opened. He was previously the GM at Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa as well as Area General Manager of Sofitel New Zealand and GM of Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour.
