Hilton Nay Pyi Taw opened today in the capital of Myanmar. Offering 202 rooms on more than 100 acres of land, the first of six properties in Myanmar is situated in Dekhina Thirl Township. Situated near the main government administrative offices and Ruby Hall meetings and convention venue, the hotel is 24 kilometres away from the Nay Pyi Taw International Airport.
The property is owned by the Eden Group Company Limited and managed by Hilton Worldwide.
The 202 rooms and suites offer Wi-Fi capabilities, flat-screen televisions with satellite TV channels. Guests of the one-bedroom suites, two-bedroom suites and Presidential Suites have access to the Executive Lounge which offers complimentary breakfast, all-day light refreshments and evening cocktails.
The all-day dining Elements offers local, Asian and International fare. The hotel’s lobby lounge is called the Axis Lounge and guests can also relax by the pool under the cabanas and enjoy refreshments from Boardwalk.
There is also a spa, outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and tennis court.
The hotel adopts Hilton Worldwide’s global management system, LightStay, to calculate and analyse its sustainability performance. The hotel uses energy-efficient light bulbs throughout the property, and will recycle waste water and materials.
Guests can earn and redeem Hilton HHonors Points. Stay between 24 November and 31 March 2015 and earn 1,000 Bonus HHonors Points per night, up to a maximum of 5,000 bonus points per stay.
