GCP Hospitality To Open Hotel G in Singapore

GCP Hospitality, the folks who operate 22 hotels and resorts in Asia and the United States with over 5,000 keys such as Residence G in Hong Kong, Pullman G in Bangkok and Pattaya, Hotel G in San Francisco, has taken over BIG Hotel in Singapore and rebrands it to Hotel G Singapore. BIG Hotel in the corner of Middle Road and Bencoolen Street opened in 2013. It was the first hotel here that is refurbished from an office building and is targetted at the savvy, design conscious traveller.

The hotel’s soft opening is scheduled for 17 November 2016.

Hotel G Singapore will offer three room types – Good, Great and Greater. All 308 rooms are outfitted with complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, 32″ flat screen IPTV with mirroring options as well as complimentary dedicated smartphones that offers you free local and international calls. All these in room amenities are complemented with chic décor and one-of-a-kind art displays that are curated by highly acclaimed photo studio YellowKorner.

Other hotel amenities include a fitness centre that is scheduled to open in 2017. Two restaurant concepts will be introduced. Ginett Restaurant and Wine bar is scheduled to open in December this year while 25 Degrees Burger, Wine & Liquor Bar is scheduled to open in January 2017.

Hotels in the pipeline include Residence G Shenzhen in China and Roosevelt Hotel Macau which is scheduled to open in Q4 this year. Residence G Beijing and Hotel G Suzhou are scheduled to open next year.
