The next time you stay at an Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in the Asia Pacific region, you can check in and out on the go as well as order room service or request for items from housekeeping through the Hotel Services feature from the latest release of the Four Seasons App.
The app was first launched earlier this year offering guests the flexibility of customising their stay on the go. The app can be downloaded from Google Play, the Apple iTunes Store or the Amazon App Store to any mobile device.
Simplified Chinese is now available as the app’s first additional language option. Some properties also allows guests to make reservations, access services and view expert local recommendations from Four Seasons concierges in Simplified Chinese.
A new version of the app, tailored to the preferences of Chinese travellers, will be released by the end of this year.
