Enjoy the convenience of direct-to-gate when travelling on Tigerair operated flights without check in baggage or visa requirements at Changi Airport. This service is available to customers who checked in online.
This service was launched on 15 April. Tigerair has also installed four self check-in stands at Changi Airport Terminal 2 Row 12. Here you can perform self service check in and print out your own boarding pass.
Tigerair is offering Direct-To-Gate customers a complimentary cup of coffee or tea at Killiney Koptiam in Terminal 2 Transit Lounge from 15 April to 15 May.
