Citadines Fusionopolis Singapore To Take Over Fraser Place Fusionopolis

Ascott Limited, CapitaLand’s wholly owned serviced residence business unit, will take over the 50 one-bedroom loft apartment from Fraser Place Fusionopolis on 1 April 2016 branding it Citadines Fusionopolis Singapore. The serviced residence features chic interiors with high ceilings, separate living and dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Other facilities and amenities include a sky terrace, breakfast lounge with alfresco seating as well as a gymnasium. Minor refurbishment will be executed in phases.

Located within Singapore’s research and development hub at one-north business park, Citadines Fusionopolis Singapore will be able to accommodate visitors working in the area’s over 400 companies. Citadines Fusionopolis Singapore is part of a 30-hectare Fusionoplis precinct in the north development, well served by food and beverage outlets and retail amenities, including a supermarket, medical centre, pharmacies and post office. One-North MRT station is just a stone’s throw away, offering a convenient 30-minute ride to the Central Business District and a five minute ride to Star Vista shopping mall.

With the addition of Citadines Fusionopolis in Singapore, Ascott will have over 800 units across eight properties in Singapore including Ascott Raffles Place, Citadines Mount Sophia, Somerset Bencoolen, Somerset Liang Court and Somerset Orchard.

Ascott properties in Singapore have been achieving strong occupancy of over 80%. The 20 storey Ascott Orchard located in Singapore’s premier shopping and lifestyle district is set to welcome guests in early 2017.

Residents’ lounge doubles up as a gourmet kitchen featuring Samsung’s top-of-the-line kitchen appliances. The new generation of kitchen appliances is designed in collaboration with some of the world’s most renowned chefs. It will have 220 units comprising studios to two-bedroom units and penthouses. When Ascott Orchard Singapore opens, Ascott will operate over 1,000 units across nine properties.

Ascott Limited operates three brands – Ascott, Citadines and Somerset with a portfolio spanning 99 cities across 27 countries, of which 31 are new cities in Ascott’s portfolio where its serviced residences are being developed.
