Free Wifi for first and business class passengers on Cathay Pacific

Cathay Pacific offers complimentary Wi-Fi in First and Business Class

Cathay Pacific has upgraded its onboard experience for business-class passengers by providing complimentary Wi-Fi on more than 90% of its aircraft, a service first introduced for first-class travellers in 2022. Starting this November, Cathay Diamond members across all cabin classes will also benefit from free Wi-Fi.

Cathay Pacific’s complimentary Wi-Fi service offers customers the same experience as the paid option, allowing them to check emails, browse the web, stream audio, use social media and messaging apps, and access cloud storage and other professional tools. Passengers can connect one device at a time, with the flexibility to switch devices throughout the flight. Additionally, customers in all cabins enjoy free access to the full Cathay Pacific website and Cathay Shop during their journey.

All long-haul aircraft and over 90% of the airline’s fleet is equipped with Wi-Fi. Cathay Pacific plans to extend connectivity across its entire fleet by mid 2025.
