23 July 2011, Singapore – Banyan Tree Spa debuts in its home ground at the 55th level of Marina Bay Sands making it possibly the tallest Banyan Tree Spa in the world. Taking up 1,213 square metres, the Tree of Life design themed urban spa has 15 unique rooms with panoramic views including 2 Royal Double Spa suites that offer legendary Tropical Rainmist treatment. There is also a beauty salon, tea lounge for post-treatment relaxation, as well as the Banyan Tree Gallery where you can recreate the unique Banyan Tree experience at home. The spa is designed by Banyan Tree’s design arm Architrave. The Singapore flagship spa is the first Banyan Tree Spa to be holistically themed around the timeless concept of the Tree of Life, decked in earth tones with black as accent and a combination of textured materials to evoke the themes of nature in a mystical rainforest.
The distinctive Tree of Life, represented in almost all cultures, symbolizes immortality and wisdom, highlighting the importance of preserving and connecting with nature – a reflection of Banyan Tree’s vision and commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable growth.
Signature Spa Treatments
