On 3 October 2013, AirAsia introduced ‘Hi-Flyer’ flexi-fare service offering customers complimentary 20kg check-in baggage allowance, complimentary ‘Pick-A-Seat’ for both standard and hot seats, priority boarding, up to two complimentary flight changes and 2x BIG Points.
‘Hi-Flyer’ is available on all flights for AirAsia Malaysia (AK), Thai AirAsia (FD), AirAsia Indonesia (QZ), AirAsia Zest (Z2 and PQ) and AirAsia X (D7).
Existing customers who booked flights before 3 October can easily upgrade to ‘Hi-Flyer’ fares by logging on to www.airasia.com to modify their flights and pay the difference.
