Making its debut at Computex earlier this month, Sony VAIO Duo 13, VAIO Pro 13 and VAIO Pro 11 will be available in Singapore from as early as end June 2013. From the lightest VAIO Pro 11 at merely 870g to the heaviest VAIO Duo 13 at 1.384kg, they are built for mobility and designed to enhance a lifestyle with the best technology and made to look visually enticing.

Running on the latest 4th Generation Intel Core Processors, equipped with Sony’s new TRILUMINOS Display for brilliant and rich natural colours with audio enhancing technology ClearAudio+ and NFC one touch functions, these Ultrabooks are your entertainment powerhouse on-the-go.

Available in Black & White, the VAIO Duo 13 also comes with LTE (4G) version for those who need to stay connected. The slider hybrid VAIO Duo 13 has a 15 hour battery life, the longest  among all the Ultrabook models currently available in the market. The unique Surf Slider design of the VAIO Duo 13 allows for a quick and seamless transition between slate and keyboard modes. Additionally, its innovative standby technology enables the VAIO model to continuously update applications as well as receive emails even when it is in sleep mode.

With the inclusion of Exmor RS for PC image sensor in the 8 megapixels built-in rear camera of the VAIO Duo 13, users can now take images of documents clear enough that the computer can recognise and tag text. This capability, added with the “CamScanner” application, allows the VAIO to function as a scanner and has the ability to straighten images of documents and photos taken at odd angles.

The digitizer stylus enables users to take notes using the memo-taking application, “Note Anytime for VAIO”, or easily create their own works in “Active Clip” using pictures stored on their PC.

Available in Black & Silver, the VAIO Pro 13/11 are the world’s lightest touch-capable Ultrabook models in their respective classes with VAIO Pro 11 weighing at 870g, while the VAIO Pro 13 weighs 1.06kg. This is achieved using uni-direction carbon fibre for its body, with its Hexa-shell design providing additional durability that people expect from a notebook. The wide key pitch and stroke on the VAIO Pro allows for a natural typing experience and its unique palm rest gradually merges into the desk for unparalleled comfort when typing.
