Smart Beam is the world’s smallest MHL & HDMI pico projector that lets you project photos, videos and documents from your smartphone and other smart devices anywhere, anytime. Smart Beam developed by SK Telecom and a tech startup Innoio and will retail at S$599 and will be available at Epi Centre, Epi Life, Gain City, Takashimaya Departmental Store and Tech@Vogue (MBL and IMM only).
Without the need for codec conversion, Smart Beam can project all images stored in a smart phone to a large screen, enabling it to act as a home theater with sound built into the cube. The Smart Beam projector fits into a 4.5cm cube chassis weighing merely 129 grammes and is equipped with DLP projecting technology and brightness of up to 35 ANSI Lumens in VGA (640×480) resolution. It is also capable of projecting up to 100″ wide and a battery life of up to 2 hours.
