Every first quarter of every year, Samsung will announce their flagship Galaxy S Series smartphones. To mark the new decade, the all-new Samsung Galaxy S20 series of smartphones will change the way you capture your memories. With the intuitive AI camera features and Samsung’s largest image sensor yet, now everyone can capture stunning photos and 8K videos right off the smart device in their pocket. To meet every individual’s different needs, there will be three variants of smartphones in the new series – the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 series will be available from 6 March 2020.

5G Ready Smartphones
Depending on individual markets, the Samsung Galaxy S20 series will be available in either LTE or 5G variants for specific countries. With 5G, a new decade of mobile innovation is beginning.
The Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra are the first devices that can power new mobile experiences that take advantage of both sub-6 and mmWave. The Galaxy S20 supports sub-6. All three devices are capable of delivering non-standalone and standalone 5G capabilities.
Pro-Grade Camera For Photos
Powered by AI and with Samsung’s biggest image sensor yet on a smartphone, you are about the get stunning clarity and details on everything you shoot with this camera in your pocket. With a 64MP camera on the S20 and S20+ as well as the 108MP on S20 Ultra, you have added flexibility for post-editing. Zoom in the picture to crop out unwanted details in the foreground. Just like they were never there in the first place.
The larger sensors will also take in more light to boost image quality for those night and low light shots. With Nona-binning technology, the S20 Ultra combines nine pixels into one to effectively get more light on the sensor for a sharper, more detailed and reduced noise picture for a low light shot. So in this mode, the high-resolution 108MP camera will now work as a 12MP camera. Previous pixel binning technology only uses four adjacent pixels to mad wonders, so now with nine pixels, we are expecting even better results from S20 Ultra.
The Galaxy S20’s Space Zoom technology uses a combination of Hybrid Optic Zoom, Super Resolution Zoom and AI-powered digital zoom to boost the Galaxy S20 and S20+ with 30X zoom. The new folded lenses on the S20 Ultra (similar to periscope lens on the Huawei P30 Pro) uses AI-powered multi-image processing to reduce quality loss at high zoom levels so that you can experience Super-Resolution Zoom up to 100X with a clearer view ever than before.
One Take For Photos & Videos
The all-new Single Take mode creates Multiple Possibilities with just one video clip. Thanks to its AI camera technologies, the Galaxy S20 can capture a number of photos and videos, such as Live focus, cropped, Ultra Wide and AI edited clips like hyper-lapse and boomerang videos all in a library of thumbnails for you to choose the best way to tell your stories on social media. I have this phone. Space zoom is a hoax, I can zoom right up to the moon but the software can not capture a clear photo. I brought the phone for the camera so I’m very disappointed. I’m hoping Samsung will get enough complaints that they will update software.
