Samsung Electronics launches Samsung Concierge service programme for Singapore customers purchasing the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge smartphones. This service offers you value added services including yearly device upgrades, on-site servicing and repair, discounted out-of-warranty repairs and data switching assistance. For S$38, Samsung Concierge will be available in the first half of 2016 for purchase with the Samsung Galaxy S7 4G+ and S7 edge 4G+. Samsung will roll out this service to other Galaxy models in the future.
You can get a new Samsung Galaxy smartphone every year by returning the Samsung Galaxy you purchased with Samsung Concierge from the 12th month onwards. If your phone was purchased with a contract, you can enjoy an early upgrade fee waiver of up to S$350, while those without a contract can enjoy S$350 off their next Galaxy smartphone.
You will also receive a one time on site personalised assistance and repair worth up to S$110 in the first 12 months from the date you purchased your Galaxy smartphone.
Enjoy a 50% discount on any out-of-warranty repair including cracked screen and liquid damages worth up to S$500.
You are entitled to a 1-to-1 exchange within 30 days of purchase if there are any functional defects.
