POCO has launched its new F7 Series in Singapore. The F7 Ultra and F7 Pro pack serious performance at prices far below typical flagship phones. Designed for gamers, creators, and power users, both models focus on raw speed, battery life, and smart features.

The F7 Ultra is POCO’s most powerful phone yet. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, built on a 3nm process. This chip delivers up to 45% faster CPU and 44% faster GPU performance. Power consumption is also reduced by over 50%. Benchmark scores reflect this—POCO reports an AnTuTu score of 2.84 million.
This model also introduces POCO’s first custom graphics chip, the VisionBoost D7. It enables 2K Super Resolution, 120FPS gaming, Game HDR, and Dual-core Visuals for YouTube and Netflix. Everything looks sharper, runs smoother, and feels more responsive.

The F7 Ultra runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2, with system-wide AI features like Google Gemini, HyperCore performance optimisation, and seamless connectivity across devices. WildBoost 4.0 further refines gaming performance. It keeps frame rates stable and improves response times during intense sessions, like playing Genshin Impact at 2K and 120FPS.
Cooling is handled by POCO’s new LiquidCool Technology 4.0. A large 5400mm² IceLoop heat pipe keeps the device cool even under heavy loads. POCO claims temperatures stay 3°C lower compared to older models.
The F7 Pro uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. While not as extreme as the Ultra, it still delivers fast performance with less power drain. It also runs HyperOS 2 and supports WildBoost 4.0 for smooth, responsive gaming.
Battery life is a major highlight. The Ultra has a 5,300mAh battery, with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. You can charge to 100% in just 34 minutes. The Pro packs a larger 6,000mAh battery and charges at 90W. Both use POCO Surge chipsets to manage power efficiently and extend battery lifespan. After 1,600 charging cycles, batteries still retain over 80% capacity.
On the camera front, the F7 Ultra leads with a triple-lens system. It includes a 50MP main camera, a flagship-grade floating telephoto lens, and a 32MP ultra-wide shooter. The telephoto camera handles 10cm macro shots, 2.5x optical zoom, and 5x in-sensor zoom. The ultra-wide camera offers a 120° field of view.
Images are powered by the POCO AISP engine. This AI platform combines processing from the CPU, GPU, NPU, and ISP for fast, detailed image capture. Features include UltraZoom, UltraSnap, and Dynamic Shots.

The F7 Pro uses the same 50MP main sensor and adds an 8MP ultra-wide lens. It also supports AISP and comes with advanced portrait and motion features.
Both phones have 6.7-inch AMOLED displays with peak brightness of 3,200 nits. They support up to 120Hz refresh rates. POCO uses Circular Polarisation Technology and TÜV-certified low blue light features to reduce eye strain. PWM dimming and adaptive brightness improve comfort in all lighting.
The F7 Ultra includes an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the screen. It works even with gloves or wet hands. The Pro uses a side-mounted sensor.
Design is another step up. Both phones feature a gloss-matte finish on the back. The Ultra adds quad-curved glass for a more comfortable grip. Both are IP68-rated for dust and water resistance. The Ultra also gets new POCO Shield Glass, while the Pro uses Gorilla Glass 7i.
Connectivity is boosted by the Surge T1S tuner, improving mobile signal, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth by up to 37%. Both models also feature stereo speakers and AI Super Cinema for richer audio and video.
The F7 Ultra is available in Yellow and Black, priced at S$869 (12GB+256GB) and S$929 (16GB+512GB). The F7 Pro comes in Black, Silver, and Blue, priced at S$669 (12GB+256GB) and S$729 (12GB+512GB).
From 27 March to 9 April, early buyers enjoy discounted prices and bonus gifts. Options include the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro, Redmi Buds 5 Pro, or a 50W Wireless Charging Stand. Buyers can get an extra $40 off on mi.com, Lazada, or Shopee.
