Etihad Airways has launched its all new iPhone App replacing previous versions developed by the Abu Dhabi based airline which linked to its website instead of a fully integrated app.

The Etihad Airways iPhone App provides comprehensive trip management capabilities. You can organise your journey on the app including buying air tickets, checking-in and viewing flight status. High resolution enhanced seat maps lets you choose your seat in a detailed layout of the cabin.

The app has been designed with the convenience of customers in mind. Scan your credit card to pay for tickets so you don’t have to enter the payment information manually.

Checking in using the app is as simple as just scanning your passport page with your mobile phone. The app also allows you to view your boarding passes or download directly to iOS Wallet.

The app has a ‘countdown to take off’ feature so you can arrive at the departure gate in plenty of time.

At Abu Dhabi International Airport, you can use the app to navigate your way around.

Etihad Guest reward programme members can long in so your trips can be automatically linked.

Book your next flight through the mobile app before 30 May 2016 and enjoy 10% off flights. Etihad Guest members will receive 250 bonus miles for each booking made through the mobile app.
