Mobile messaging platform LINE launches a new version 3.9.0 with more features. The two main features are SNAP MOVIE and VIDEO Call.
LINE Snap Movie
Snap Movie lets you record a four to 10 second video and share it with your friends. You have a choice of nine different background music to choose from giving you more flexibility and choices to share beyond just text and stickers.The video clips can be posted on the Home and Timeline and will be automatically played on the loop. Your video will also be saved onto your mobile device which you could also use to upload on other social media platforms.
Snap Movie is available for iOS first and will be available on Android at a later date.
LINE Video Call
Enjoy real time one-on-one video communication anywhere. This feature is available on iPhone, Android devices and Windows and Mac PCs. You can use this feature over Wi-Fi or mobile phone networks.
Other features in Line 3.9.0 include a chat album where you can create up to 100 albums of 100 photos in a chat; improved video function so that you do not need to re-upload to share with other users once you have uploaded it in a chat; Remove users on hidden and blocked lists without them appearing on Friend Recommendations again; and choose who can see each individual post on Home and Timeline.
