Google Translate is now available offline with offline language packages for Google Translate on Android 2.3 devices and above.  Fifty languages are available and will come in really handy when you are travelling overseas with no data roaming or wifi access.  The offline version is less comprehensive than what’s available when online but is still a great translating help.
