8 January 2013, Singapore – Lenovo unveils at CES 2013 their new ThinkPad Helix convertible premium laptop for business professionals, that comes with a new “rip and flip” design that gives users absolute mobile freedom and versatility with four unique ways to use it.
For added mobility, the 11.6-inch tablet can separate from its base to become the thinnest full-function Intel 3rd generation Core tablet with vPro, weighing at 835 grams and up to 10 hours of battery life for a full day of work and play. The Lenovo ThinkPad Helix also comes with optional LTE high speed wireless and Near Field Communications (NFC) technology that allows devices to share data seamlessly by simply tapping to pair them.
The Lenovo ThinkPad Helix convertible Ultrabook will be available starting late-February from approximately US$1,499. In-country pricing will be announced closer to the local availability date.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11 launched in October 2012 gets a new upgrade from Intel Atom Processor to the more powerful 3rd generation Intel Core i5 processors. The new Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S now runs on Windows 8 and not Windows 8 RT, giving users the full power of multitasking and using Office applications.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S convertible Ultrabook in Silver Grey and Clementine Orange will be available starting June from approximately US$799. In-country pricing will be announced closer to the local availability date.
