AccorHotels Group has partnered Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd to roll out Samsung’s SMART Hospitality Display technology across AccorHotels’ properties spanning 92 countries.
Samsung’s UHD displays will be available in guest rooms and common areas such as lobbies, bars and restaurants. This upgrade will allow on-site staff the all-in-one tools to deliver a tailored and visually compelling guest experience. It also enables properties including Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure and ibis global brands amongst others the access to an array of intuitive and premium hotel solutions.
One such example is the LYNK Hospitality Management platform that offers greater control over different aspects of hotel and in room environments such as room lighting and energy use, personal services and workflow management.
Cloud-based wireless printing solution as well as digital content such as Video-On-Demand and streaming platforms will also be made available to guests.
