The Wine Fiesta 2015 by The Straits Wine Company returns for the eight year from 22 to 25 October 2015 at Clifford Square, next to Fullerton Bay Hotel. This year’s theme is “Singapore-style food, wine & music”.
Four renowned Singaporean chefs and local music talents will add in elements of gastronomic delights and entertainment for a more multi-sensory experience for guests at the fiesta this year. The chefs include Malcom Lee of Candlenut, Bjorn Shen from Artichoke, Matthew Mok from The Rabbit Stash and Cheryl Koh from Tarte by Cheryl Koh.
Local music talents who would be providing the music and entertainment includeDru Chen, Roze & The Family Soul, TAJ, Tim De Cotta, Vandetta and Weish,. Dance the night away with DJ Funk Bast*rd (Darker Than Wax).
Around 70 global winemakers with over 350 wine labels will be available at the fiesta for you to mingle with and try. Free wine masterclasses focusing on different wine related topics will be offered at the Fiesta. Registration onsite is on a first-come-first-served basis. Giuseppe Vaira (G.D.Vajra) will speak about his love for Barolo wine from his native hometown of Piedmont Italy. French and Australian winemakers will discuss their distinct Sauvignon Blanc styles and guests can experience wines cultivated in two very individual terroirs during this session. A special PLUMM glass masterclass will showcase how different glassware brings out the best in wines. The four local chefs featured at Wine Fiesta will speak at the Wine and food pairing masterclass.

The Winemaker’s table dinner is available at S$228++ per ticket. Held on 22 October, the exclusive Winemaker’s Table Dinner features 75 iconic wines and vintages for sampling. Dinner will be prepared by four home-grown chefs and The Fullerton Bay Hotel.
