Wildfire Burgers has launched the Ottoman Lamb Burger, its latest limited-time burger. Australian lamb patty, eggplant caviar, fennel tzatziki, crumbled feta and Spanish onions are sandwiched by butter-toasted brioche. The Middle Eastern spice flavours on this burger go perfectly with the Sparkling Coconut Water – Coco Secco or a Citrus Crusher, a vodka cocktail on tap.
This S$18 Ottoman Lamb Burger is available for both takeaway and dine-in until 31 December 2021. Get it at Wildfire Burger’s new flagship outlet at 1557 Keppel which opened just a few weeks back as well as at NAFA. Check out our TikTok video of the new outlet below.

Wildfire Burgers has launched a couple of other limited-time burgers throughout this year. Those we tried included the Forest Mushroom Burger, Korean Army Stew Burger and the Lobster Roll. While my favourite is was the very value-for-money Lobster Roll, our mainstay favourite has to be the Egg Starter burger. It’s one we must always have whenever we visit Wildfire Burger.
New on the menu are also three house-baked cookies. Choose from Raspberry Cranberry, Dark Chocolate, and Milk Chocolate Walnut.
