Wild Turkey has released Master’s Keep Triumph, the latest addition to its annual collectable Master’s Keep Series. Master’s Keep Triumph is a 10-year-old small-batch rye whiskey, Wild Turkey’s oldest age-statement rye created by Master Distiller Eddie Russel Greig Stables. The Master’s Keep Trio was first launched in 2015. The now annual release came from Eddie Russel’s desire to push the boundaries of traditional bourbon-making by experimenting with ageing techniques and finishes.
The Unforgotten was released in 2022 and Voyage in 2023. Triumph completes the trio with extended ageing, resulting in a sweet honey and warm spiced profile that reimagines conventional rye. The Wild Turkey Master’s Keep Collection is available in Singapore from Campari Group’s RARE Division sales at rare.asia@campari.com or https://rarespirits.asia/.
Master’s Keep Unforgotten | Blend of Bourbon and Rye born from a memory | The idea of marrying straight bourbon and rye whiskey was ingrained since 2010 when a crew member accidentally mixed a batch of young rye with a barrel of mature bourbon. Leveraging his experience to create a balanced liquid, the Master’s Keep Unforgotten is a high proof, extra-aged variation of straight bourbon and rye whiskies. Finished in rye casks for a secondary ageing period in the pre-prohibition Rickhouse B – the favourite rickhouse of his father | Crafted in partnership with Dr. Joy Spence of Jamaica’s Appleton Estate rum, who hand-picked some of the finest casks from Appleton Estate’s rum house. 14-year-old pot still rum casks were chosen to accentuate top notes and rich caramel undertones of Wild Turkey’s extra-aged bourbons. The casks were then filled with 10-year-old bourbon, which had been aged in Wild Turkey’s classic No. 4 char barrels, aged in a timber rickhouse. Result is a tropically influenced bourbon with a palate of fruits, caramel and aged oak, and a long-lasting finish of chocolate and spice. |

The name Triumph speaks to the contemporary revival of rye whiskey, a nod to Wild Turkey’s resilience in championing the spirit and the distillery’s ongoing evolution in their rye craftsmanship even during and post-prohibition era. | Taste: Sweet notes of honey and clove transition to dark chocolate, dates, and spice Aroma: Vanilla, crème brûlée, and mint followed by notes of apple, pear, and nutmeg Finish: Soft wood notes give way to mocha-coffee, oak, and black pepper Process: 104 proof, hand-selected 10-year-old rye whiskey |
