Four New Dim Sum Dishes at Hai Tien Lo

Dim Sum seekers can look forward to the new Weekday a la carte dim sum lunch buffet at Hai Tien Lo in Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore. Priced at S$48++ for adults and S$28++ for children between five and eleven years old, new Dim Sum Chef has prepared 20 varieties of dim sum to compliment the other 15 soups, signature dishes and desserts for the buffet.

You can enjoy unlimited servings of classic dim sum which includes steamed with abalone; minced pork and vegetables; baked tuna buns with pork floss and deep fried pork dumpling “Ham Shui Gok”. There are also to traditional dim sum favourites such as steamed chicken feet, boiled shredded abalone and chicken porridge.

You can also try out a serving from each of the four new Dim sum dishes. There’s deep-fried yam paste with foie gras; baked egg tart with Swiftlet’s Nest and White fugras; Steamed Berkshire pork buns and stir fried carrot cake with dried scallops and Hai Tien Lo’s Signature XO Chilli sauce.

You also get to enjoy one serving of any three items per table for the Hai Tien Lo signature. There’s the deep-fried soft shell crab with black pepper sauce; Homemade bean curd with Crab meat and eggplant in supreme stock. There are a total of 9 items to choose from.

And for the soup lovers, slurp up a serving of soup of the very flavourful double-boiled soup lobster with shredded abalone and Vegetables in thick broth.

Desserts include double-boiled osmanthus this tea with pear and white fungus which is a personal favourite. There is also the black sesame paste with glutinous rice dumpling. You can choose a serving of any two desserts.
