The Lighthouse at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore will be showcasing the best flavours of Tuscany together with Castello Banfi wineries. Specially created Tuscan dishes by resident chef Domenico Francone, a la carte orders for lunch and dinner and a five-course degustation set dinner will be available for a week from 17 to 23 February 2014 at S$148++ per person. A six-course degustation wine dinner is specially prepared for 20 February at S$188++ per person.  You can taste specially imported premium Tuscan ingredients such as bacon, seafood and Tuscan Hill Truffles.

The A La Carte menu offers antipastas such as Tuscan Polenta with Porcini Mushrooms, Beef Carpaccio, Tuscan Ham and Chicken Liver Pate in Filo and Crispy Sausages or the Tomato and Bread “Pappa” with Beef Tartar and Avocado in Banfi’s Salsa Etrusca Dressing (both at S$32++ each). Main courses include Handmade Double Egg Taglioni Tossed with Fresh Tuscan Hills Truffles (S$36++) or the Bacon Wrapped Pork Fillet with Brunello Wine Reduction and Montalcino Saffron Laced Apple Puree (S$52++) amongst other delectable dishes. End the meal with traditional Tuscan desserts such as the Banfi Castle Tiramisu with Vanilla Ice Cream (S$19++) or the Yogurt in Fresh Fruit Creamy Parfait with Green Apple Sorbet (S$19++)

The Degustation Wine Dinner Menu will include Lobster with Eggplant and Tomato paired with Castello Banfi San Angelo (Pinot Grigio) 2012, Duck Ravioli with Sweet Carrot Sauce, Truffles and Asparagus Spears paired with Castello Banfi Excelsus 2007 and Roasted Lamb Loin with Brunello Sauce, Charred Peppers and Jerusalem Artichokes paired with Castello Banfi Brunello Poggio All’Oro 2004.
