The Brunch Beats is offered at Seasonal Tastes that offers interactive dining with a personalised culinary experience. You can even get the chefs to deshell your crustaceans. If there is something you want to eat which is not on the buffet spread, you can check with the chefs and you may just get your cravings satisfied.
The buffet spread includes sushi and salmon done in various ways, an fresh seafood section offering three types of oysters, lobster, crab and succulent prawns, Suckling Pig, Lobster Mee Goreng, Tom Yum Soup Noodles with Prawns, Steak à la minute as well as a mouth watering dessert station offering green-tea chocolate fondue, ice creams, local delights and other pastries.
