Thai Airways is celebrating His Majesty the King’s 88th birthday and Fathers’ Day with a special menu on inbound and outbound flights on 5 December 2015. A Royal Project special menu will be offered in all classes of travel for domestic and international flights.

Domestic Flights

Royal Silk Class passengers flying outbound will be served Steamed mixed Jasmine brown rice with fish roll, wild betal leafbush in red curry, stir fried pumpkin with egg and lemon meringue cheese tart. Inbound passengers will be served steamed mixed jasmine brown rice, chicken roll with sweet basil in green curry, stir fried egg radish head and germinated brown rice pudding.

Economy passengers flying outbound will be served pumpkin with coconut cream while inbound passengers will be served baked egg custard with pumpkin.

International Flights

All international outbound flights departing from Bangkok will be served the special lunch and dinner menu.

Royal First Class passengers will be served Royal Project Japanese pumpkin with coconut ice cream, fresh fig tart with mascarpone cream and Chittralada jasmine brown rice mousse with passion fruit jelly.

Royal Silk Class and Economy Class passengers will be served Chittralada Jasmine brown rice mousse with passion fruit jelly and mango passion fruit sauce.
