SWISS ECONOMY CLASS À LA CARTE MENU Japanese Meal

Swiss International Air Lines, the national airline of Switzerland,  is offering SWISS Economy Class travellers a range of à la carte meals on its long haul flights from Switzerland from 7 September 2016. This is in addition to the existing range of inflight meals. The à la carte lunch or dinner meals can be ordered in advance for a fee.

The new choices extend to six different meals. Each has been specially selected to meet travellers’ wishes and tastes. Priced between CHF29 and 49, the selection includes –

  • Zürcher Kalbsgeschnetzeltes – a traditional Zurich-style sliced veal in a creamy sauce
  • Swiss Brunch – a platter of Swiss cold cuts and cheeses
  • Light Dining option
  • Gourmet Selection
  • Japanese Meal

Remember to order your meals 24 hours at the latest before departure. This service is not available on SWISS services to Cairo, Tel Aviv or Shanghai.
