The four-course set menu comes with Appetiser, soup, mains and dessert and is available at S$68++ for lunch and S$88++ for dinner.
The appetiser is a dish of chilled langoustine and prosciutto with compressed cucumber, tomato and mango mustard vinaigrette. Enjoy the rich flavours of the langoustine and cured ham. The soup is a poultry consommé with vegetables that is slow-cooked with chicken, carrots, leeks, mushrooms, onions and celery.
Pick one meat and one seafood from a range of Surf & Turf ingredients for your mains including Main Lobster, Hokkaido Scallops, Fresh Catch of the Day, US Snake River Farms Wagyu Flat Iron Steak, free-range Iberico Pork Collar or Victoria Farm Australian Lamb Chop. Minimal seasoning of salt and pepper is applied to the mains.
The seafood and meats are accompanied by potato fondant, green asparagus with Hollandaise sauce and natural jus.
Save space for the dessert. It is a refreshing raspberry cheesecake topped with lime sorbet.
Gordon Grill has been serving steaks and Continental cuisine in Singapore since 1963. A meat trolley featuring the finest choice cut steaks are pushed out for guests to select when dining a la carte. Signature desserts served here include the Crêpe Suzette, flambéed with brandy and Cointreau. or the Sherry Trifle.
Gordon Grill operates from 12 pm to 2.30 pm for lunch and 7 pm to 10.30 pm for dinner.
